Unique Design and Build are a London based company with offices in London W7 and Twickenham TW1. We cover an area of London and greater London. We have two directors that operate at the top of company and below them we have accounts, office managers, chartered surveyor, and other personal.

Our projects can come in from existing contacts from architects to web site inquires, once they come in they are prosed first by one of our office managers, from there they will be allocated to a internal member of the team to process and evaluate.

Emmet is the director of Unique Design & Build and is responsible for the day to day running of the business.

Aside from his excellent customer service, Emmet excels in planning and scheduling. He will make sure that everything happens at the right time which is crucial for any project. Emmet listens to what his clients want and makes sure that Unique Design & Build work to that.

Emmet has a wealth of experience and gained a wealth of knowledge over the years from working with other construction firms and moving through different sectors so you know that when you go with Unique Design and Build that your project is in safe hands.
