Consultation
Through careful client consultation, we take the time to understand who will be using the new extension. What your tastes and aspirations are, what effect you would like to create within the space and how the extension/conversion will compliment the rest of your home.
This involves understanding the physical area – where the utility connections are and whether any major structural work will need to be completed in order to deliver the desired results.
We ensure on-site visits are completed and all work is fully discussed before any project starts. Detailed computer-aided designs are produced, with all processes itemised in a binding price offer. All costs are clear and transparent at the outset, meaning that you can be confident that there will be no unpleasant surprise expenses once work has begun.
Project Management
Unique Design & Build’s project manager will be on hand throughout the installation process to co-ordinate deliveries and tasks.
Your on-site consultant will look after the fine details, make sure that disruption to your quality of life is kept to a minimum and report back to you as often as you require.
