When undertaking a house refurbishment or extension, of course you want your builder to be on time and to budget. Critically, however, you need the personal investment in time and money to yield high quality results. In addition, there will always be unforeseen problems - it is how your builder solves these issues that will set them apart. Unique Design and Build rose to these challenges on our project and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
We were initially planning to engage another building company but then had Unique Design and Build recommended to us by a neighbour who had seen our planning notice. After a really positive and constructive meeting with Emmet Keane about what could be achieved we gave him the go ahead.

We can't recommend Emmet and his company Unique Design & Build highly enough. We have used many tradesmen during the renovation of our house, but none compare to Emmet, and we will never use another company again.
Emmet completed our loft conversion (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) and a complete re roof to an extremely high standard, we have had many compliments on the quality of the workmanship of the loft conversion from friends. The quality of the materials, the time and care taken, the skilled labour and dedication of Emmet and his team are second to none.
I was dreading the chaos of a loft conversion and re roof, but I had nothing to be worried about, because Emmet took care of everything so the process was relavively stress free, they even came in to hoover each day!
The loft and re roof was completed in far less time than other companies quoted, and I believe to a higher standard based on what I have seen in other houses. We have recommended Emmet to many family and friends without hesitation, all of whom have used him to complete their kitchen extensions, loft conversions, bathrooms refit...the list is endless.
