About Company

Unique Design and Build was established in 2010, the company started off with small projects initially which we under took, which then helped us to build a sense of security to our new cliental from word of mouth. We take on projects up to the value of £5,000,000 now, which is great achievement in this industry to do.

Our first projects were and still are loft conversions, extensions, full house refurbishments and basements. Then we started a commercial side of the business doing projects for main contractors and from that we have had our projects where we are the main contractor.

This is an industry where a company has to multi-task and adapt to current work environments and the ever changing eco route within the industry. We are a company that is versatile and can accommodate any project and make it work, the only way this happens is from the back of great experience from our team and our collection of contacts.
